Use of Programs

Pixel Vision Technologies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Program or live lectures/webinars, or to modify, alter, or rearrange the schedule of topics, as well as adjust the point values or weight of assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, projects, and other evaluations of progress. Additionally, Pixel Vision Technologies may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform or Programs and any related services, including access to Pixel Vision Technologies coaches, support services, evaluation services, or certifications. Pixel Vision Technologies also reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services related to its Programs at its discretion. You agree that Pixel Vision Technologies will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations. Nothing in these Terms obligates Pixel Vision Technologies to maintain or support the Platform, Programs, or any associated services.

Pixel Vision Technologies will not be liable for any non-availability of the Platform or any part thereof due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, disease, revolution, epidemic, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, public utility failure, man-made disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Subject to the applicable refund policy, if you decide to discontinue using any Program, you may terminate your participation by providing prior notice to Pixel Vision Technologies. Access to Pixel Vision Technologies' online live lectures and webinars will be provided via email, and you agree not to share this access with third parties. If you are unable to attend an online live lecture or webinar, please notify Pixel Vision Technologies in advance.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or services required to connect to, access, receive, or use the Platform, including hardware devices, software, and internet or mobile communication services. You must ensure that your equipment and services are compatible with the Platform and will be responsible for all charges associated with their use.

User Content

The Platform may enable you to upload forum posts, chat with other users and Pixel Vision Technologies’ counselors, participate in user discussions, create profile pages, and share various types of content and media for social interaction, or provide information and materials for use with the Programs, such as questions, hypotheticals, examples, assignments, and industry projects (collectively referred to as “User Content”). Pixel Vision Technologies does not claim ownership of any User Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Platform or Programs. Therefore, subject to the license granted to Pixel Vision Technologies as outlined below, you will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in your User Content.

By submitting User Content via the Platform or Programs, or otherwise providing it to Pixel Vision Technologies, you grant Pixel Vision Technologies an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Content on the Platforms or in the Programs, or to otherwise exploit the User Content. This includes the right to sublicense these rights (through multiple tiers) for any purpose, including commercial purposes. Pixel Vision Technologies reserves the right to remove any User Content at its discretion and for any reason.

When providing User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have all necessary rights, licenses, and/or clearances to provide such User Content and to allow Pixel Vision Technologies to use it as described, (b) the User Content is accurate and reasonably complete, (c) you are responsible for any third-party fees related to the provision and use of the User Content, and (d) the User Content does not infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights, nor does it constitute fraudulent statements, misrepresentations, or unfair business practices.

Pixel Vision Technologies does not control the User Content posted through the Platform, including messages, reviews, or comments, and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such User Content. Pixel Vision Technologies will not be liable for any User Content, including errors or omissions, or any loss, damage, or defamation resulting from your posting or use of User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with all applicable laws.

The following types of Content are prohibited from being posted on the Platform:

Content that is fraudulent, indecent, libelous, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, harmful, or threatening to others.
Content discussing illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
Content that infringes or misappropriates patents, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
Content that you do not have the right to disclose.
Profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent, or unlawful Content.
Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
Content related to partisan political activities.
Content containing intentionally inaccurate information or posted to mislead others.
Viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other harmful components intended to damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate systems, data, or personal information.
Content that uses high volume, automated, or electronic means to access the Platform (such as robots, spiders, or scripts).
Content that violates the rights of other users of the Platform.
Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or advocates or encourages illegal activities.

Disclaimer

The Platform and/or Programs may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or up to date. Pixel Vision Technologies reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been placed) and to update or change information at any time without prior notice.

The Platform, Programs, and any information or content provided by Pixel Vision Technologies are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults.

Pixel Vision Technologies makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the content or services available through this Platform and Programs. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pixel Vision Technologies does not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Additionally, Pixel Vision Technologies makes no warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from using the services, the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the services, or that any defects in the software will be corrected.

You acknowledge and agree that any content, data, or materials downloaded or otherwise obtained through or from the Platform or Programs are done at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, electronic device, or any loss of data that results from such downloads.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Pixel Vision Technologies or through the services, shall create any warranty by Pixel Vision Technologies.

If you find incorrect information on the Platform or Programs, or if you are the owner of any information or content that you wish to have removed, please notify us at the address provided at the bottom of the page.

Termination of Rights

You agree that Pixel Vision Technologies may, at its sole discretion, deactivate your account or terminate your access to the Platform or enrollment in a Program with or without cause. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where Pixel Vision Technologies believes you have (a) violated the Terms; (b) infringed on the intellectual property rights of a third party; (c) posted, uploaded, or transmitted unauthorized content on the Platform; or (d) acted in a manner inconsistent with the letter or spirit of these Terms or any applicable code of conduct.

You understand and agree that any deactivation or termination of your access to the Platform or Programs may occur without prior notice and that Pixel Vision Technologies will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination. Additionally, you acknowledge that Pixel Vision Technologies may retain and store your information on its systems even after your account or enrollment in the Programs has been terminated.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

The refund policy for Pixel Vision Technologies aligns with the products and services available on the website. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days. Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer's bank account.
